Insurance
Every hire comes with our standard insurance option, which is full cover and has an excess of $2000.

Security Bond
We require the amount of the insurance excess as a security bond 🔐.
We will authorise the bond on your credit card on the day you come to pick up your Campervan.
The bond is an authorisation ("pending transaction") on your credit card and is fully refundable if the van is returned as per our Terms & Conditions (no damage, full tank of fuel etc.)

Reduction Options
No matter who is at fault, you will be liable for any new damage to your van, unless you have upgraded your insurance to $0 liability as per above.
Third party costs and vehicle repair expenses are really high in New Zealand.
